Refund & Exchange Policy

 

At OFF DUTY CLUB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased using a final sale promotion

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was received. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as OFF DUTY CLUB is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible within 24 hours, but it may take up to 2-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, promotional periods, public holidays, or other high-volume periods.

Australia

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

International

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local courier services.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, OFF DUTY CLUB is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
